CHARACTER NAME AND JOURNAL: Bucky/Soldat worthallthis TELEPATHY PERMISSIONS
Total opt-out?: Hell no, opt-in!
Is there anything unusual about your character's mind that is immediately obvious? Soldat is heavily disassociated into four distinct minds inside their brain. These disparate minds frequently talk to each other. This makes their mind a kind of noisy place and might be confusing for poor Ghost :3 Also, hypervigilance up the wazoo. They're always, always, always looking for the exits, measuring threats, and thinking of protection of the self/means of killing people. Even if I am not noting this in narration (which I often don't, it gets old reiterating every time, and it's a background process for Soldat rather than something conscious), it's happening.
What kind of mental impression might your character give off? Chaotic, but at the same time strangely focused. Think a broken mirror, all sharp edges and pieces missing and reflections from multiple angles, but each reflection is clear.
Do you want to potentially do something with accidental thought-hearing or other closer-than-arm's-length telepathy nonsense? Go for it! Having other people interact with Soldat's headmates is my joy.
TECHNOPATHY PERMISSIONS
Does your character have a computer or other potentially corruptible device that you might want to have messed around with? They carry around a tablet full of music, personal notes, and an archived version of their old Beacon inbox. Also, there's circuitry in their metal arm, which is wired directly into their nervous system. As a note, if Ghost ever does anything to that tablet other than read it (it like use it to communicate, that's okay), or ever takes over control of their metal arm, he's gonna make himself a number-one enemy. I'm not against this but if you want positive CR don't make them lose their music or Beacon notes, and don't make their arm do things outside their control.
IS your character a computer or other technological being? Cyborg, technically.
